  • The package should be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The package should not be used and have its originalpackaging intact.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. EXCHANGES

We recommend that you should initiate a return, wait for it to be approved, and once that’s done, proceed to buying the new item. This way, you’ll get your products in the fastest way possible. Exchange orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.
